Metrics for acceptance by state/ Congressional district and NWL by State ?

I agree. My initial question as a curious parent of a HS Junior was to just understand how my district NJ 12 compares to other NJ's and is there a trend as to where the NWL offers come from ( Means nothing to anyone but me to undertand the landscape, Not looking to game the system, move states or districts or any of the other threads this has spawned LOL ) .
