Minor Chest Pains

I put down that I experienced chest pains on the medical history form and now I have a remedial for it. I'm just wondering if it's normal to have some minor chest pains after sprinting. This was during my conditioning phase of track too so I no longer experience it. I did cross country and didn't have this problem. Will I automatically get disqualified for being prescribed an inhaler even though I don't have asthma and I didn't get diagnosed with asthma?
