I just wanted to know what to do in case I find out on Thursday that there is no prescription of an inhaler on my medical records. Since the inhaler was my mom's should I even mark "yes" on the dodmerbs packet for inhaler use. Thanks for the help, as I see my case is a very rare one.

I think you answer the question truthfully. If the question is "Do you now use, or have you ever used an inhaler?" The answer would be yes. "Are you currently using an inhaler?" Then it would be no. The question may even ask about inhaler use AFTER age 13, since that seems to be the cutoff for DQ. The fact that it was your moms doesn't change the fact that you did use it, right?

It's been a long time, but I am thinking there is a place to explain any "yes" answers.

Be honest. Be clear in your explanations. Trust the system. The folks at DoDMERB don't want to DQ you. But, if you do get the Remedial letter, follow the instructions carefully and promptly.

Good luck. :thumb:
