so....I was looking for ANY information from admissions and found this on their webpage for their nominations and appointment system....


Tuesday, March 11th, 2014
Congressional Nominations and Appointments will NOT be available from 0600 to 0700 for server software updates per DoD security requirements.
Wednesday, March 12th, 2014
Congressional Nominations and Appointments will have brief outages from 0600 to 0610, and 0700 to 0710 for server software updates per DoD security requirements.
Please plan accordingly.
We apologize for any inconvenience these outages may cause you.

They're just doing updates to the software/OS or maybe even backing up data. I don't think this means much other than you won't be able to access the information during those times.
