My status changed to Principal Fully Qualified last week, but the portal still shows that they are missing my 7th semester grades. My school sent these in a few weeks ago. I am concerned because it says that everything must be submitted my March 1st, and I don't know if they have my grades or not. Should I try to contact someone at admissions? Also, is it possible that will lose my appointment if they do not have the grades by March 1st?

I can't hurt to call. The people in admissions have been outstanding throughout this process. Appointments were given well ahead of 7th semester grades being available so I think you're all set. Congratulations.

Definitely follow-up. Might be easier to get an updated official transcript in a sealed signed envelope and send it again with a delivery receipt. But first see if you can reach someone in admissions. If no one picks up, I have found email to your specific admissions officer to be effective.

You should contact your admissions counselor and then email a copy of the transcript. Follow up with the official one sent from the school. The admissions office has been wonderful to deal with - especially LCDR Gaultieri and Lt Cocheo.

Cover all your bases. Have your High School counselor cc (carbon copy) you on the transcripts which they should be re-emailing to KP. Get an updated official transcript in a sealed signed envelope and send it again with a delivery receipt. And call and speak with an admissions rep. Once you make that call and have spoken with that rep, email them immediately thanking them for their time and help regarding your situation. Be clear, yet short, in the email about your discussion. You will undoubtedly get an email response. I'm a field rep and a VP for the North Central Region. What state are you in?

You received your appointment as of now. Congrats and I'll see you this summer! However, that appointment is contingent on how well you do your senior year. They made the decision based on your first three years of high school so if they see you slacked off your senior year, they can strip that appointment from you. Also, have your counselor email the transcripts directly to the admissions email again. They tend to lose track of documents in my experience. They are not picky about official or nonofficial transcripts as long as it is emailed directly from the counselor.
