I'm 3Q'ed, have a nomination from my congressman (PA), and am anxiously awaiting an offer of appointment. Still have heard no word!
If one receives an appointment, does your MOC contact you first? Or will you get your appointment in the mail first? Do all MOC's contact their nominees who receive appointments? I also heard a rumor that DodMERB has the info on appointments. Is that true?
