If congressperson was not re-elected, will office still call if DS receives an appointment ?

Even if a MOC IS reelected, they may or may not make the call. I think the same still applies to the new MOC. They may or may not call.

Our MOC who lost his race did not call my DS. His BGO called to let him know when he got the appointment.

Well that just flies in the face of the gazillion posts that state that BGOs are not notified before the candidate of an appointment!
