My son received yet another duplicate letter today. At first we thought it was just because admissions was processing so much stuff for alot of kids - but now we are not so sure. I've read somewhere that other folks were getting duplicated of the scholastically qualified letter - but not all of the below. Anyone got a guess as to why we keep getting muliple copies of the same communication letter?

Son has received multiple copies of each of the following

    Scholastically qualified letter - (2)
    Medical Waiver approval letter (2)
VP Nomination letter (that they got the request) - (5)
NROTC waitlist to change scholarship school - (2)

Son has 2 scholastic qualified letters, 3 CVW letters (same weekend) and 1 VP nom recieved letter..(he had cleared DodMerb in July)...I have read of other candidates recieving several duplicate notification letters...as long as it is NOT the DREADED TWE(Thin White Envelope)...we'll take it...LOL!!!

When I asked the RD about the multiple letters (I have received two Scholastically Qd Letters), he told me it must have been a glitch in the system, since the letters print out automatically. Even though I had received multiple letters, the system only recorded me as having been mailed one.
