Hi there, my name is Dan, and I am a candidate for the USMA class of 2016. I am currently a senior in high school.

MY gpa is 3.952/4.0 unwaited on an unextended scale.
My school is 1 of the top public schools in Michigan.
Unfortunately, my school does not, on any grounds, rank students.
I have a composite score of 34 on a single ACT test date:
    35 English, 34 Math, 36 Reading, 32 Math
    I have a 35 superscored composite

I have been a varsity athlete for every year of high school, and I have earned Varsity Letters. I am also a regional finalist in the state of Michigan for Division I Track and Field.

I am a national honors attendee, an officer of martial arts club, a church youth group member, a violin chair of a youth orchestra program, and president of my school-sponsored recycling club

I started my application very, very, very late. I was nearly three weeks into my senior year of high school: I only became eligible to apply recently because I only now changed my citizenship status from a Korean National to a US Naturalized Citizen-the process literally took years.

How are my chances on gaining admission?

And I missed the deadline for consideration for the first wave of LOAs due to my citizenship circumstances; are LOAs still being sent out? On the USMA admissions facebook page, it says that they are being sent out every week, but I am reading different on these forums.

Please chance me and leave any advice that could benefit me.

    Thank You,
    Dan P.

You don't say whether you have applied for a nomination from your states MOC (Members of Congress). These are very real and impending deadlines. I would say with your scores you have a good chance, but not unless you have applied and put in your nomination packages. You can find the deadlines for nomination packages on MOC websites.
    Congrats on gaining your citizenship:thumb:

Thank you! Yes yes yes, I have applied for nominations! I have also completed my interview with the academy, and I should be receiving word on the dates for my nomination interviews; however I am in contact with one of my senator's academy coordinators. I do not believe my congressman or my other senator have any such person
