You have interaction with people in your sister company. Especially if you are a girl, you tend to go to the barbershop as a group with no detailers and the same thing for getting uniforms fitted, so you have a quick couple of minutes to chat and get to know each other. I don't know much about the guys, but I know the girls in my company and sister company got pretty close.

There was not a very good relationship between my company and our PS sister company. The mold of each platoon is based primarily on the atmosphere of the respective ac year company and not the PS company. Our company was more laissez-faire than most and that rubbed our sister platoon the wrong way.
