So I recently received my Blue Folder giving me an appointment to NAPS. I am very excited, until I realized it isn't finalized until paper work goes through. I have already made several copies just in case it gets lost in the mail or i make a mistake. I know I have to return the accept/decline form, statement of understanding and proof of citizenship. my problem is... Do I put all the documents into the Business Reply Mail? I ask this because the zip codes on the business reply mail envelope is different compared to the directions on the accept/decline form. The envelope's zip code is (21402-9978) while the directions say to send it to (US Naval Academy, Nominations and Appointments Office, 117 Decatur Road, Annapolis, MD 21402-5019). Maybe I'm over thinking this!?
