BGO said DS has been added to NAPS pool. Does that mean he is only competing for a spot at NAPS and out of contenton for USNA? DS completed application 04-JAN-2013 but re-submitted new improved SAT scores on 29-JAN-2013. If his app was reviewed before the new scores were added, do they re-review? Does the NAPS question mean his app was reviewed by the board or is there a pre-board review proccess?
