Naval Reserve question?

Lets just brand them all with a big R on their foreheads and be done with it.

Don't need an R on their foreheads to figure out who's active duty and who's reserve.

Not sure why you're so opposed to the R after USN. THEY ARE RESERVES. They can go make their $100,000 when they're not working with their peers making $65,000. Don't want the R, then go active duty. It's not a stigma. One is part time and one is full time. Sorry. I didn't make that up to piss of the "part time workforce".

It may seem like a knock on the reservists, but like I've said, they bring a completely different set of life experiences to the table, which is a good thing. To consider their MILITARY experience as the same as an active duty member's is...a pipe dream. That does not mean reserves are not a valuable part of the service. Would love to know what National Guardsmen think, they don't have USA next to their ANG.
