I'm going to be investigate for disenrollment and my commander requested me, a personal statement. What should I include on it?

Bloodtear, you have posted several times about your English proficiency being the main issue.

What you need to do in this essay is demonstrate three things:
  1. Make a persuasive argument supporting your value as a future Air Force officer (summarize your strengths and skills outside the language issue).
  2. Demonstrate excellent command of at least the written language skills by making this essay as near perfect as possible.
  3. Show that you have made improvements since entering ROTC, in your command of the language. (improving grades in language and English courses, etc).
You have not discussed the tone or demeanor of your cadre toward you since the risk of dis-enrollment has risen. How have they been treating you? Are they encouraging you? Is there a particular member of Cadre who has candidly explained what your chances are and what they would like to SEE on this personal statement?

If you are unable to put your best effort forward on any written work submitted to Cadre you are supporting the argument for dis-enrollment. Don't let that happen.

Hit it out of the park. Good luck.

Find out what they want you to emphasize in your personal statement. After you have put your written draft together get someone to review it for grammar, style, punctuation, etc.

My CC, just told me that I should include my stats, but there was no guideline or specific format. My Cadre is supporting me by all means but the guideline is not concrete. Basically, I have given them most of the solutions. I feel they are talking much but doing less.
