Don't quote me but I'd bet my paycheck that it means your son or daughter is GOLDEN and cleared for whatever service academy or ROTC program they are trying to get into.
 
I think it means meets AF standards for commission, but not pilot qualified- that shows as PPQ. My ALO told me about 60% of appoinments go to candidates that are PPQ.
 
It means that you are medically acceptable to be admitted to USAFA...further translation = you have completed the medical element. You need to have your Nom; pass the CFA; and be selected by Admissions to be offerred an appointment:thumb:
