My name is Adam and I currently live in North Carolina. I recently received an appointment to USAFA and accepted that appointment almost immediately. I am just here to learn more about what to expect next year and I am just getting excited to attend the Air Force Academy! This forum is awesome and is full of great information. Are you a recruited athlete? Many potential cadets are interested in the stats of those that receive appointments. If you don't mind sharing would you post your stats? (SAT/ACT, gpa, EC, etc.)

What was the most challenging part of the application process for you? Also, did you feel that NC was competitive for your area? And lastly, if you had to give 2 to 3 pieces of advice to future applicants what would they be?
