I can't control the time, but I have faith in God
Right, but you must be a U.S. citizen to enroll in the federal service academy. A fully naturalized citizen, not a green card holder. And you'll need to be 23 years old or younger on reporting-in day…. so just consider that in the timeline.
You'll laugh
I most likely will not...
So, you won't be running a business, going to college, and joining the USAF at the same time. That clears things up a bit.
From what you've said, you will be finishing high school, maybe doing a little college work, and waiting for your green card. Once you have your green card (age 19-20), you will enlist, to get citizenship, and a shot at the LEAD program. Then, (before you hit 23) you will apply to USAFA.
That is an aggressive plan, but it sounds like it has a shot at working.
5)The Academy is my goal(or at least give it a try)
I understand that people have different reasons for wanting to attend a service academy. From my observations if the reason does not include serving in the military, things could turn out not so good.
And now, you're bringing Mom in on your great business plan. Is she going to enlist, too? Sounds to these ears like you are already planning a little deception - like, "oh yeah, my mamma, she gonna run our ($million with 10 employees, all virtual) business, while I get our green cards going, and then I'll get my $500,000 education at the US taxpayers' expense.
Where is the "serving" part? And you want to be a pilot, too, I'm assuming.
Fencersmother does not like this.
You might want a few cruises on the "Cisne Branco" . It is a beautiful ship and I have been aboard her a couple of times. Then maybe put in for a transfer to USNA. Don't know the procedure but you can look it up.
