So my file is conplete, medically, physically, and academically qualified. I've been fully qualified for a few weeks now, but just got medically qualified last week. I also received a nomination back in December. I haven't heard anything from my congressman, MALO, or admissions. Does this mean I'm out of the game? Do I still have a chance since a lot of appointments haven't been issued yet? Thank you!

You definitely still have a chance. If you're qualified with a nomination, you're still in the game until you receive a rejection letter.

The only dilemma is that I haven't gotten a 3q letter.. does this mean my file won't even be reviewed??

Rider11B,

I finished everything in November, I was 3 Q'd and nominated. I had not heard anything via mail or electronically and last week, my portal updated. I know how it is (I would almost jog to the mailbox everyday after work hoping for something , for 3 months) do NOT stress yourself out. Until you get a TWE, remember that there can be an appointment with your name on it. Some people receive appointments as late as May (hopefully you do not have to wait that long!)

The fact that you were medically qualified last week means you are deemed fit to be reviewed by the board (with thousands of others) my guess, and this is all conjecture, is that you are somewhere in that stage waiting to be reviewed or in that process. The good news is that once they review, they make a decision right then and there and typically send correspondence within a day or two. Just hold on a little longer! God Bless

You may want to get in touch with you Regional Commander. Mine was able to update and qualify everything for me within a few days of submitting my CFA as well as informing me that my transcript had been received and updated, in addition she kept me up to date with the progress and strength of my file and surprisingly I received an appointment about a week and a half after I inputted my CFA. So get in touch!
