I got a remedial for going to counseling in freshman year of high school for using marijuana (2-3 times, dad caught me and made me go. I wasn't a habitual user). The remedial requests all my mental health records. I contacted my counselor from way back then, and he no longer has any notes or records, only a receipt of payment for a couple sessions. I'm not sure what to send in. He suggested writing and signing a letter detailing what happened in my counseling along with the receipt. It seems like all I can do. Any advise to get through with this remedial would be greatly appreciated.
