Just a quick question,

Is it okay to reuse some of the same verbiage from my West Point Candidate Statements on my nomination essays? Or will my MoC be able to see that the writings are the same?

I personally believe it's okay as long as the essay topic/question is the same. At the end of the day, it all depends on your MoC. Some will care, some won't.

No, MOC does not have access to your application material for the SA's. MOC can only see the items you provide (or cause to be provided by others, such as testing scores etc).

What about sending the same nomination essay to different MOCs, if it is the same question?

If an essay is one's best work then wouldn't anything different be less than that?

When my son applied, he had three stacks: senator 1, senator 2, and congressman. They all wanted slightly different things in the app for nom packet. Anything that could be used for more than one was. Some had to be tweaked, while others were just duplicated.
