The two nominations I have from my senators are RI61, and RI62, and the principal nomination I got from my congressman is RI02, I live in the second district in RI.

So I'm guessing that is a senator nomination, maybe competitive.

It could be a principal nom, but it's most likely a nomination from the 1st district. Are you from the 1st?

Generally it's your state, then your district for a congressman's nom or 61 or 62 for each of the two senators' noms. So I'd think your original NM61 one would be from the senator, and the NM01 would be from your congressman. However, if you're not in the first congressional district, then I'm not sure. None of our MOCs here do principal noms, so I'm not sure at all how or if that's indicated in the coding.
