Nomination....just the facts?

If a MOC sends in a slate of unranked nominess, do they just send the names or do they include any other information that they thought was compelling such as letters of recommendation that were included in the nominee's application?

It is my understanding they submit their slates via an internet portal. So, I'm guessing they just send names. I doubt the academies would want to fish through additional information......many MOC's don't submit until latter January.
