Not every MOC does interviews, unless you know for a fact from others that they are interviewing don't take the leap that they will do interviews. That being said, they will call or write you with info regarding the interview if they do one. Also, the delay time may be long between submitting your docs and being contact. For example, Senator Burr was due 10/15, and we did not hear from them for an interview until middle of December for a January interview. MOC noms are not due until the end of January and some will wait to the end, mainly so they have your 1st semester grades or the latest SAT. You might think they are horrible for making you wait, but then again that means you have the chance for an even stronger resume. Additionally, files don't close until @ Mar 1, so they are still ahead of the time schedule.
It is important to understand that even if you have your nom and met the board in Nov., there is a strong chance you will not hear until March' mass mailing.
Patience is a virtue and something you will become very well acquainted with in the military.
