Both the congressman and senator from whom DD obtained nominations voted out as of Jan - any issues- does it matter at all? Should she contact the new ones or simply continue to wait?

Not absolutely sure, but I would guess that you are safe, as you already have your MOC nomination. Good luck.

did not matter with my son. one MOC died and other voted out of office. the staff in the MOC offices took care of situation and all went well. good luck.

It's matters not one bit. As long as the Academy(ies) have received and recorded the nominations she is fine.
Keep waiting!

Not an issue provided the MOC turned in his/her slate before leaving and I've never heard of this not occurring -- IOW, it's standard practice for MOCs who are defeated in Nov to continue the process and turn their slates into the SAs before they go.

This happened to me -- the MOC who gave me the nom was defeated. The nom still stood.
