Nominations from Massachusetts

No, my sat scores are average. I did retake them this month though. I have been connected with the congressman since April when they went to our school.

Who is your Congressman?Ours is Seth Moulton and he is having all the interviews on December 5 at Salem State University

MA is very competitive compared to some other states. Last year, my DD received a nomination from her district Rep for USMMA and received an appt from that school. She felt very blessed and was packing her bags to go. No noms from the Senators though. Her first choice was UNSA and without a nom, it looked like that was out of the question. She, however, received an appt. to NAPS and is very happy there. She now needs a nom as well as everyone else and has to re-interview for one. My understanding is that even if she does not receive one, they will find a way for her to get one somehow. So, I'd say MA is very competitive but don't give up! Somehow, things work themselves out. Now my middle DD is looking at USMMA-the noms for this school seem easier to obtain. Good luck to all of you!!

I heard Sen.Warren only nominates one person for each academy, only the top candidates in the state.

I interviewed for a nomination from Rep. McGovern. They said they give out all their decisions before the holidays.

That's great,Congressman Moulton has all his interviews on Saturday December 5.What is your first choice?

Anyone know when they will hear from the congressional district. Apparently before Christmas here in the 7th district.

I interviewed with Senator Markey's staff late last week. Oh and my first choice is USNA.

Most likely if at NAPS, then either a SecNav nomination or Supt nomination. Good luck either way!
