I have a few problems with DoDMERB right now. I had to send in two remedial reports and it used to have a summary down at the bottom with details but now it just says "Agency: USNA" and "Cycle Year 2016", like it does at the top. There isn't any other updates on my status in the event chart. Is this just a glitch or is something processing maybe?
Also, I sent in my last remedial about two weeks ago and my status is still Remedial Requested. Should I resend the letters or am I just being paranoid that they didn't get them?
