Notify MOC about Receipt of 3Q letter?

My DS received a 3Q letter from USMA. Is it worth notifying his MOCs? He already has been interviewed by the committees for his 3 MOCs, so I suspect they either are in the decision-making process or already have made decisions but have not announced. I just am not sure if the receipt of the 3Q letter would help, particularly after the interviews have been completed. Thank you.

If DS is asked "why do you think you should receive a nomination ? "

Then he can bring this 3Q up --- I am academically prepared, I am also physically/mentally prepared, and I am medically qualified

Above all, I have a strong passion to serve my country in the military
