Yesterday my son raised his right hand and signed the papers. He reports to Great Lakes for basic in Oct and then to BUDS.

If DD continues on her current path to helos, maybe in a few years she can fly him into some hell hole and - more importantly - pick him and his team up and fly them out.

I could not be more proud. :thumb:

Flying SEALs, however, is mostly done by the Army :thumb:

Congrats. It's a long road to that Trident but I hope your son achieves his goals. And regardless, that's outstanding that he has joined the Navy.
