Did you know that the Army ROTC scholarship uses the Presidential Fitness Test that regulates ONE MINUTE for push-ups and sit ups?
AROTC allows HS scholarship applicants to use the Presidential PFT (1 minute/1 minute/ 1 mile) but later REQUIRES the APFT (2 minute/ 2 minute / 2 mile) before contracting.
