Does anyone know how many boards are left for NROTC??
Our local recruiter said there would be quite a few scholarships offered in April but I haven't seen any so far!
    Thanks for any input!

I was told by our local recruiting office in Houston that April 15th is the last board.

Huh! I was told that the boards are complete and they will let us know by the 15th from the San Francisco recruiter.

There is so much misinformation coming from the actual recruiting offices that I'm not sure what to believe anymore . Luckily DS's Plan B school (now plan A since he didn't receive an appt. to USNA) is one we can afford without the scholarship. He's already been accepted to their NROTC program so now our mindset is if it happens, it happens...although the scholarship would be great!:thumb:

I was told by someone in Pensacola that we should hear mid-April. I don't know if that means the last board is April 15.

    3 Week Process

Talking to an administrator at one of the Universities, they said it is a 3-4 week process for each board. Starts 1st week of month to pick the choices, then a week to sort out they did it correctly, then a week to notify the units and the candidates. I would sure like to see something on DS status change!
