Anyone's NROTC portals update in regards to the most recent board (Jan 11-14, probable update Jan 22)?
 
Do you receive an email notification when the portal updates? and if you don't receive the scholarship, does the portal indicate that?
 
The portal stays the same if no scholarship is offered I'm not sure about email.
 
When the portal updates, you should get an email notification. Not sure if it reflects a non-award... anyone else know?
 
I'm guessing they wouldn't send an email if the portal remains the same for a non award.

Since all decisions for the 2cnd board are being released today do they update all the portals across the nation at the same time? Or is it just at random whenever it happens? We're trying to see if the DD received it or not!
 
Portal will change when candidates are selected. An email will go out at same time.
DS application was complete in August and no change to portal until last night.

Congrats! No change to portal here but when looking at last update people were not getting change till a week later and some were getting calls/emails from schools a few days before the award updated on portal.
 
Is there an in the loop person that knows if all winners have been updated on the portal? Since at least one says they received a change not sure if that means all have been updated or if it will be in waves. Also DS wanting to change a school on his application.
 
So many board dates for NROTC. Much more than for Army. Do they actually award scholarships from each of these boards? It appears as though DD's paperwork has finally left the scholarship coordinator and she should be seen in the next board.
 
The Navy does not hold all of the scheduled boards. It is common for them to skip a few every year. When they hold a board, they award scholarships.
