DS application status states that his application is now being reviewed by CNRC then it listed items that needed to being processed--items that he has already submitted to complete his application. Does this mean he has to submit those items again or it just list them and they will disappear once they are reviewed by CNRC?

That website sometimes changes a bit. I remember last year worrying every time there was a slight change in what the site said. If you know all his paperwork has been submitted, then just hold tight. Hard to do I know. The earliest he will hear is October. Until then, you just have to ignore it the best you can. This is a marathon, not a sprint. My son completed all paperwork by Labor Day and didn't hear a single thing until he was awarded the scholarship on March 28th.

Best of luck!

NROTC Scholarship Coordinator

If you have not done this already, reach out to the scholarship coordinator. This person prepares the file for submission. My DS did this to check on the status of his outstanding items. The Petty Officer was a great help with many things; Officer Interviews, Teacher Recommendations, etc.

DD and DS's scholarship coordinator was fabulous and reviewed the applications before they submitted them to insure everything looked good and continued to give updates on the letters of recommendation, transcript, test scores, etc. I agree, reach out to him/her if you haven't yet.

Glad that you guys are having good support. My son's coordinator has not even answered his e-mails. Not really sure where to go from here.
