My first choice is USNA, but if I don't get in I was thinking about going to a local school (No NROTC in my area) for a year to reapply. But if I don't get in the second time, can I go to a college that has NROTC and get a commission with 3 years at that college? Would I have to double up on naval science courses that year? I'm a little confused, any help would be appreciated.
