I have been looking on google and other sites for more information about the Labs, and I have a few questions.

For the NROTC Navy option, what are some of labs? I have found stuff that ranges from navigation to wargames and paintball. Is this true? Because, I am pretty pumped for some paintball, haha.

But yeah, any information will help, thank you.

I've seen pictures of a damage control lab, but other than that I have no idea.

As far as Labs are concerned, at our unit our lab is basically our PT sessions before Naval Science Class. These labs also include uniform inspection and drill days. Naval Science classes include Navigation, Naval History, etc. Sometimes you get to go on trips with your unit, but I've never heard of paintball for the unit.

you usually see this more with the Army and Airforce ROTC's due to these related more to their mission. I'm not saying you won't see any of that during your experience but you might do several sessions with the marines. Who knows.

I have heard of navy doing ship simulators though, that would be alot of fun!
