Ok first of all, right now is the time to be getting your grades top notch. Same with your Junior year, you Junior year is the most important year for you because it is the first big jump and the one colleges view on "paper" so see how you place against all the students in the U.S. However, the answer is yes, you can be part of a College ROTC program.

First of all there is no such thing as a Marine ROTC...Only a Navy ROTC and you can go "Marine Option" but first you have to go to the college web pages or go to google and search NROTC colleges. You should start researching and really getting ready for college spring of you Junior year...Since you are in Mexico this step is crucial Start Early.

Hope this helps if you have any more questions just post:) Buenos Suerte

Well
I wanted to study in
POINT LOMA NAZARENE UNIVERSITY
or BERKLY...

Here in Mexico in will join
the International Baccalaureate program at my school
does that help me in any way ??

is there any disadvantage
for me if I didn't study in the
USA ....???

HOW can prepare myself for the
NROTC program?

The IB program is good.
Just make sure to keep up with leadership, athletic, and community service.

I'm pretty sure you can get a scholarship internationally as long as you are an American citizen.
