I would like to list Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia as one of my college choices for the NROTC Scholarship. I had read online that you can attend Emory and take NROTC at Georgia Tech, but Emory isn't one of the choices you can select on the online scholarship application. Can anyone clarify this for me? Thanks
