Decided to just make a broad topic so i can add any future questions here instead of making more topics.

I submitted my online application and "Assistant NROTC Coordinator" sent me the forms to sign and email back to him.

How do i set up an rotc interview? I tried looking on VMI's (first choice school) website but did not come across anything. Should i contact them and set up an interview?

Do i need to do anything else for the rotc scholarship right now? (physical? or is that later?). Surprisingly i seem to have little instruction in this.

Any help would be appreciated! Thanks.

I know physical is later, unless you are also applying to service academies, then the dodmerb physical must be completed with that application.

As for the interview, they contacted me for mine, I assume they will do the same for you. But it never hurts to call/email the VMI unit or your ROTC coordinator about scheduling your interview at VMI.

A year ago, my daughter was contacted by the NROTC recruiting officer in our geographic area. It was the recruiting officer who encouraged a prompt completion of the online application, along with his review, and asked for her schedule availability to attend the Officer Interview.

Who is your NROTC recruiting officer in your area?

I know my scholarship coordinator is Chris Crichton (What the navy website said to send my stuff too after i completed application)

and Youmes James L. (Assistant NROTC Coordinator) has been keeping in touch with me and is responding to my questions as well.

Do i have a choice where i complete the interview?
