My DS' status on the NROTC has changed from "Your Application has been received and sent..." (or something like that, the couple of sentences in the blue box) to "The NSTC Selection/Placement Office has received your application." And then it lists "Missing Items," "Selection Status," "Additional Information," etc. and some of my DS' info. What does this change represent in terms of the stage of the review of his application? (The "Selection Status is "No decision has been made on your application," or obviously I wouldn't ask). Thanks in advance!
