I was awarded the NROTC scholarship to Duke, but I was denied acceptance, I had contacted admissions to let them know before they made their decision, but they still said no. I was accepted to Virginia Tech, which was in my list of five, and requested a transfer there last Wednesday. I have yet to hear anything from NROTC. About how long does it take to get a response? Should I call if I don't hear anything soon?
