NROTC vs Congressional

I just found out that I am receiving both a nomination from my NROTC Unit and my local congressional district, and I was wondering if one is better then the other? Also, does it help that I currently have a sibling at the academy?
 
Congressional Nominations usually give you a better chance of getting in than NROTC simply because there are a maximum of 10 people competing for the one slot whereas with NROTC it's probably a way bigger number.

But you have both, so CONGRATULATIONS!!!
