My DS began his NROTC application online in July, but since then has not been able to get to the second or third page without being booted to a "Error" page on the site. I don't know if this is related to the software certificate that it suggests be downloaded, but my home computer is a Mac anyway and that download is just for PCs (I even tried - won't download to Mac, and says only for PC). I've viewed my DS' application on my PC at work, and same problem. I emailed the Help Desk, but no response. I called the number, and it when I get to the right place after pressing the right buttons, I get a "No one is availalbe to help you right now, please call back later". Geez! Any thoughts on how to resolve this? Thank you in advance!
