is it just me or does the nrotc program seem not so well put together this year?

I feel like the application does a poor job of properly informing us of what specifically is required. I know me and a few others had trouble with the state school requirements, in which the website had 2 different requirements.

Due to my confusion with the application, I was led to ask my recruiter many many questions. Since I am asking so many questions my recruiter is getting short with me and seems quite frustrated. So now the person I have to interview with already has a poor opinion of me.....great :/

How many of your many, many questions has you recruiter been able to answer? He may be frustrated by his own inability to understand the NROTC process or to get accurate answers to his own questions. Just speculating....
