NWL - Got the call!

Congrats!!! Where are you in Texas? DD got her appointment May 4, as did another from Texas. I guess Texas is extremely competitive this year!
 
We live in Keller, north of Ft. Worth. His package is in the mail but I am reading online everything that needs to be done and panicking a little:eek3:
 
Don't panic. You are fine! Several things to do ASAP are the TWIC card (do before passport because passport takes your original birth certificate). Download the medical and dental forms. If son hasn't had wisdom teeth out, make appointment ASAP. GET shot records and get a Tdap if not in last 5 years. Make a dental appointment for the paperwork. Those are the ASAP things. We just got our paperwork one week ago, and we have almost everything done. I was very overwhelmed last week, and I divided everything into the weeks remaining, and that made me feel much better. The bulk of it was done this week for us. If son hasn't yet, have him join the Facebook page. He will then want to join the group message they have going (about 140 kids are on that). They are helping each other greatly! One even made a Google doc with all the checklists. The parents page on Facebook has been very helpful as well. Don't stress, you WILL get it done! We are from the Galveston/Houston area, halfway between them. Private message me if you need anything else. You can only PM once you have 10 messages.
