NY Gov. Channeling KP

During his swearing in ceremony, newly installed Gov.Andrew Cuomo said:

" It is a time for deeds not words"

Should have at least given KP attribution!!

I wish him well - it is indeed a time for deeds and not words. I do have hope - but then, I had hope four years ago, too.
