No, I just had an interview with my Congresswoman today. Seems that neither Gillibrand nor Schumer do anything until after the congressmen and women get through their process. The secretary for my congresswoman said that they try to maximize the amount of kids that get nominated so don't be worried if you have not heard back from the Senators yet. You do not mention Schumer, have you heard back from him?
Not entirely accurate. Gillibrand office has called with interview invitation earlier this week.

I just got my call from her office today for it.
It went well. Questions were pretty straight forward. My interview was about 45 minutes because one of the guys had a conversation about the current situation in Syria with me and he liked what I responded with. (Be prepared to answer questions like what is your stance on it). The interview before me was at most 15-20 minutes. I saw 3 other kids there while I was there but I don't know how many total.
Yeah but it is only an interview for the finalists so I have a bit more to go. Do you know anything like how many finalist they interview and how many they nominate?
