NY Nominations

  • Never heard anything from Gillibrand's office
  • Interviewed with Schumer's panel (1 person) and was told noms come out last week of January, so still waiting to hear
  • Received NY-17 nomination just before Christmas... and just got appointment BFE based on it, so we're pretty partial to this one!!!
 
Still no word on nominations in down State New York. I guess we will hear something soon.
Senator Interviews in December, Congressman in January. Nomination deadline 1/31/16.

NY-16 announced. There is not very much more down state than that. Unless you mean Manhattan. Still no word from Schumer, though. Although I think they took DS off their list when he told them about congressman's nom.
 
Yes, sorry Staten Island I heard about AFMOM...Congrats! that's NY-11 right? Long Island is my area NY-3. Also nothing from Senator Schumer yet. Congratulations HopefulDad on DS nomination

Thanks. We don't have any real sense of how many in our district, except that DS said when he met with the congressman's coordinator she had a pretty big pile of files in front of her.

USNA and USMA get a lot more applications than USAFA for logistic reason so it's really tough.

DS had NY-19 nomination letter received just before Christmas, ranked slate.
