October ACT scores not updated

The scores from the October ACT have not updated on the CIS page even though USNA was an official recipient. Is anyone else noticing a big lag time on the scores updating

Our DS had the same problem. He called the admissions office and found it was the apostrophe in our last name. Either way they can look up the packet from ACT/SAT and straighten it out.
