You are correct... the vast majority of schools do *not* offer any room or board incentives. There is a Thread about this topic in the Sticky section at the top of this ROTC Subforum, main page. http://www.serviceacademyforums.com/showthread.php?t=5429I thought most schools did not pay for room and board.
It appears that recent post are east coast placements....any west coast status changes?
Daughter's status changed on Nov. 7, 2012. She applied from Idaho.

Yes, the page was showing a teacher recommendation was missing.
VMI was his first choice school and he visited as a freshman, attended a reception near home as a sophomore, stayed overnight as a junior, and stayed in touch in general. Is also seeking USNA and USAFA noms but is thrilled with this opportunity.

Does the NROTC board release results in one wave or periodically throughout the month? Does each board meet at generally the same time every month?
