Let's say I get a nomination, what are my odds on getting in?

Any information is greatly appreciated!!

Thank you!!

And Then..

Standardized tests scores? Level of classes? U look like a strong maybe in the absence of more info.

27 on my ACT sadly, I only have taken it once...irealize I should have taken it more. I think my score would have jumped up 2-3 points.

level of classes would be low I guess.. Only 1 AP class, Ap Calc. My school is finally in the process of incorporating more AP classes to the curriculum. Other than calc, only other ones were online. I have taken physics chem bio and a lot of math.

Nobody can really tell you and the reason for that is because your basis for admission is the competition level in your district and none of us know your district. What state are you from? ACT needs to be higher if you are put to the National Pool

Good old wisconsin. And I agree..i think my ACT/GPA will kill me.

Check the January ACT test date, I beleive they will include those scores in your final package. As previously meitioned, find a tutor or take a class it will improve your chances of moving that score to a 30+.

Good luck

I believe there's still time to take both the ACT and SAT tests for USMA - and you should! Buy the official test prep books and work those practice tests to death! :shake:

Great advise. I definitely should do that.

You only provided the composite score. Math sub-score is probably the most important. I would say if you can get a 29 on Math, your other accomplishments make you a good candidate.
