As my DS applies to both USMA and USNA, I am reminded of my High School classmate and friend Sean Knott. He would have graduated in 1994. Unfortunately, his life was cut short on March 20, 1993 when he and another cadet passed away in a car accident in Florida. Was wondering if anyone out there remembers Sean and if you have any stories you would be willing to share?

You might get more eyes on this if you put it in the General Discussion section in "Off Topic."

I believe Sean would have graduated in 95, not 94. Might have been a prepster. I played JV Lax with him. I think he went up to Varsity Lax. I believe he might had a younger brother that also came to West Point. I believe another cadet that was in the same car lost his arm, but allowed to stay and finis the academic year.

Member LG, thank you and yes you are correct would have graduated in 95. He did have a younger brother and it's nice to know he continued the legacy. Thank you for your response. He was a wonderful guy, always a smile and kind word even back in HS. I just remember being in awe of his drive to succeed and go after everything he wanted. Like I said, the whole process with my DS has made me think a lot about him.
